review rating 5  Had a great tour with Lori who gave detailed history of Budapest in English along with stories and information about the many attractive buildings. Tasty lunch too with goulash and bread. Would recommend this company.

review rating 5  My partner and I did a bike tour on our recent trip to Budapest (August 24 – 27, 2019) and loved it! I read a recommendation for Budapest Bike Breeze on Reddit and booked one day before our bike tour. We loved it! Bike tours are a great way to see the city, get oriented, hit the historic sites and get a bit of history. This bike tour was all of those things AND easy and relaxed. The group was just the right size—we were 9 in total—and our guide, Greg, always made sure everyone had arrived at each spot before speaking. He also made sure everyone has a chance to take photos and ask questions before moving on. I appreciated the relaxed feel of this bike tour and loved that lunch was included. (Maybe everyone could introduce themselves before the tour starts so that everyone was already acquainted before sitting down to lunch!) In truth, the tour was only supposed to be 4.5 hours but it lasted closer to 6. We didn’t mind! Other bike tours might rush you along or cut the ride short, but Greg was flexible and again, the tour felt relaxed and easy going. Totally our speed! It’s also extremely reasonably priced. Special thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Greg for touring us around Buda AND Pest. We will definitely book again when we are next in a Budapest 🙂

review rating 5  We had an awesome time on our bike tour with Eve. She was knowledgeable and fun. Very patient with all our needs or stops for ice-cream! Really made out time in Budapest that little more special being able to get around to all the important sites and places. Well worth the money for our family of five- youngest being eight loved the tour and rode close to Eve the whole time. A must for first timers in this wonderful city!

review rating 5  This a a fabulous way to see this beautiful city. Our guide John was informative and very helpful. Very suitable for novice riders. It is easy, slow, flat riding so if you’re looking for a solid workout, this is probably not for you. However for a city highlights package, it’s perfect.

review rating 5  We had a delightful time on our bike tour! The meet location was very easy to find, and our guide on time. He did an excellent job of showing us the city and providing a compelling review of Hungarian history. It was supposed to be a group tour, but only we booked for that time. Rather than cancelling the tour, the company went ahead and provided us with a private tour. I am so very grateful for that excellent service. The tour is on the Pest side (no hills), and covered an extensive area of the city. The bikes were of a really nice quality (much better than I had expected) making it that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get a feel for the city and Hungary.

review rating 5  I went on the Wheels & Meals bike tour. It was nothing short of incredible. The guide was knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to see so much of the city and gain a basic understanding of a culturally rich history. We stopped for goulash soup near one of the thermal baths, which provided a great way to interact with other travelers. I especially enjoyed the trip to Margaret Island. I'm an experienced cyclist, but it seems like the other members of the bike tour who didn't ride regularly were able to keep up. Other than the wonderful views, my favorite part of the tour was the guide. He provided extra details for me knowing I was American, like pointing out the American Embassy and a statue of George Washington in one of the parks. He was also very attractive, which didn't hurt! Thank you for showing our group this fantastic city.
